CampMart was an awful experience. We went looking for an RV and immediately kept getting left for other customers. We explained our credit wasn't the best from Covid but we had been working hard on it; however after saying that the service got even worse. We heard nothing during the application process, everytime we would call for an update our sales guy Hussain was never available. He would text and say he wasn't in while the receptionist would say he is busy helping customers. Hussain nor the company treated us fairly during this whole experience. Finally after reaching out so many time Hussain tried 1 bad credit pla e vs banks like we suggested since we had great repore with on time payments. So the bad credit place of course said they would finance at such a high interest rate that the 12 foot tent trailer worth $15,000 that we wanted at the end of the term we would of paid $108,000. That's right over $100,000 for a tent trailer built like crap. Camp Mart completely judged us and didn't listen when we already knew we would be approved by a bank, they lost a sale, a potential customer and any positive word of mouth. Completely unprofessional, judgment and misleading promotions. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are not in it for the customer at all.

Lots of inventory but disappointed with sales process. Great sales prices. Was assured trailer was towable with a V6 SUV but it is not. Was never verbally told all sales are final. However, trailer was delivered in a timely manner and the trailer orientation with Kassandra was awesome. Kevin, the delivery driver, was friendly and provided hitching and parking guidance.

Lies, lies and more lies is what I received at the Ottawa location. Then they tried to keep my deposit! My C.C company saved me and reversed the $2500 charge. Purchased a 2023 32' camping trailer on Saturday (Jan.2024) at Camp Mart in Ottawa and was told I would not be getting the floor model. When the manager was asking for full payment I said I'd make full payment when I was able to see the actual unit I was getting to confirm everything. The sales team and management proceeded to lie and say the unit had arrived that Monday, today is Tuesday.Only two days later, one of those days was Sunday. I was in the area so I popped in. Guess which trailer was off the floor. You guessed it the demo model. Just before that I was assured the missing floor model was not what I was getting, so I asked to see the trailer in the shop that had just arrived, yup still the demo! Take a picture of the demo trailer Serial # so you don't end up with one from any shop. Needless to say I do not recommend the Camp Mart Ottawa location.Try to find an honest business. Very poor experience for a first time buyer. Now they refuse to refund my deposit and I need to Contest the charge. The worst experience I've ever had with a business in my 43 years is Camp Mart Ottawa!

These guys are amazing! I highly recommend CampMart. I had a great time with the Hamed. Very positive environment. Definitely I will go back to get another trailer from them in the near future. Thank you to the entire CampMart team!

I had such an amazing experience here! Alicia from service was so kind and helpful! The general managers (Ernest and Hamed ) were absolutely amazing ! Their customer service was top notch ! They were all so willing to help, they were ready to answer explain all my questions. Overall an amazing experience at this place ! Would recommend to anyone
